Nicole developed her passion for real estate through her 25 year career in the building materials industry, her favorite part of her job? Working with homeowners!

She believes each real estate transaction is a partnership, where everyone has a voice and plays an active role in selling their treasure home or finding the perfect place to call their own.

Through education and consistent/dependable communication, you will know you have an agent on YOUR team. Her successful decades of experience in a service industry have taught her that discovering “her customer’s” needs and making sure to use that factor as a guide is the key to a successful experience for everyone involved.

Nicole lives in the Seymour community with her husband (Paul Van-Bayland Buildings) where they enjoy sharing time with their family, exploring new places, investing and entrepreneurial  activities
